Since the establishment of LSP, we have always adhered to a core principle: product quality is the foundation of enterprise development. To ensure that our surge protective devices (SPDs) meet the highest industry standards, we have invested heavily in building an advanced laboratory that fully complies with IEC 61643-11 standards.
Through this laboratory, we are able to conduct comprehensive and multidimensional tests on each product to ensure their reliability and stability under various extreme conditions. Whether it is testing the electrical characteristics of surge protection, durability, or the performance of equipment under different working conditions, our laboratory provides precise testing results.
Simulate lightning surge and other transient overvoltage phenomena, such as the 10/350 μs waveform and 8/20 μs waveform.
Verify that the SPD can withstand temporary overvoltage within the specified overvoltage range without damage or failure.
Evaluate the heat resistance and flammability of the materials used in the SPD.
Verifies whether the surge protective device (SPD) can safely and effectively disconnect when the temperature reaches hazardous levels.
After 48 hours of salt spray exposure, check whether the metal components of the SPD show signs of corrosion, rust, or other destructive changes on their surface.
Verifying the stability and pressure resistance of SPD when exposed to high or low air pressures.
Evaluate the performance and durability of surge protective devices (SPDs) under controlled temperature and humidity conditions.
Check the MOV’s varistor voltage range, leakage current, and α value.
Check the GDT’s voltage range.
